We offer the following tickets types:

• Early Bird Tickets – 140€
  Early Bird Tickets are only available until December 8th, midnight CET. They are reduced tickets for people who want to support us by buying early. Early Bird Tickets offer the same as our Standard Tickets, i.e. they are full conference tickets granting access to our venue bUm in Berlin on both days of the conference, with food and beverages included. Early Bird Tickets also grant access to our online event.
• Standard Ticket – 250€
  Standard Tickets are full conference ticket, granting access to our venue bUm in Berlin on both days of the conference, with food and beverages included. Standard Tickets also grant access to our online event.
• Reduced Tickets – 80€
  Reduced Tickets are available for pupils, students, trainees, people on social welfare, retirees and people with disabilities. Reduced Tickets are full conference tickets, granting access to our venue bUm in Berlin on both days of the conference, with food and beverages included. Reduced tickets also grant access to our online event.
• Business Tickets– 550€
  Business Tickets are available for corporate customers. They are full conference tickets, granting access to our venue bUm in Berlin on both days of the conference, with food and beverages included. Business Tickets also grant access to our online event and to a recording of our livestreams directly after the conference.
• Online-only Ticket – 45€
  Online-only Tickets grant access to our lives streams and online event. Note that this ticket doesn’t provide access to our venue bUm in Berlin.
• Child Ticket – Free                                                                                                                                                                                                      Children under the age of 16 can come to the event free of charge. There will be a quiet room and baby changing facilities.
  Please note that we don’t provide childcare, but you can bring an additional adult accompanying the child free of charge.

In order to promote this diversity and inclusivity at FOSS Backstage, we have initiated a diversity tickets program. Diversity Tickets are fully sponsored (i.e. free) tickets that are available to people from underrepresented groups within the FOSS Backstage community. This includes, but is not limited to: women, people of colour, LGBTQIA people, disabled people, and people facing economic or social hardships.

The proceeds of Diversity Fund Contributions the proceeds are put in a pool to pay for Diversity Tickets. Diversity Fund Contributions enable us to use your resources to support someone who might otherwise be unable to attend.

Please note that Diversity Fund Contributions are not tickets for FOSS Backstage (event though they are sold through our ticket shop) and therefore don’t grant access to our venue in Berlin nor to our online event platform.

In your order confirmation and your payment confirmation emails you can find a link to your order details page. Use the change details button in the “Ordered Items” box to change the attendee name.  A ticket is only valid for one person and cannot be shared.

All of our tickets (except for our Online Only Ticket) are effectively combi tickets and thus include access to our onsite venue as well as to our online event platform, where you can watch live streams and interact with other online participants.

Online only tickets do not include access to onsite workshops. All onsite workshops are marked with 🛈 in the schedule.

Not only because of technical limitations we think it’s beneficial for an interactive workshop experience to have all attendees either onside or online. 

Yes! When booking your ticket for FOSS Backstage Design as an add-on product to your regular FOSS Backstage ticket, you get it at the discounted price of 20 €, as opposed to 35 € when you get a standalone ticket on fossbackstage.design.

You want to buy tickets for a group of people, but don’t have all their data ready? Don’t worry – in our shop for non-personalized tickets you can simply buy non-personalized tickets for FOSS Backstage.

Just select the tickets you want to buy and enter your payment and invoice details – and you are done. Simply distribute the resulting ticket voucher links to the attendees and let them fill in their information.

Yes as organizers we will be providing a number of free Diversity Tickets. More tickets will be added for every Diversity Fund Contribution made by tickets buyers and by some of our Partners.
